Data Processing Agreement – SolTecSol (Solid Tech Solutions)
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
This document is provided in multiple languages for convenience. The English version is legally binding.
1. Scope and Parties
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") supplements our Terms of Service and applies where you use the Service for business purposes and, in doing so, submit personal data that we process on your behalf.
The processor under this DPA is:
Alexandra Wolff
SolTecSol (Solid Tech Solutions)
Dhünnstraße 9
51373 Leverkusen
Germany
Email: support@soltecsol.com
For your own account, usage, and billing data, we act as the data controller — that processing is described in our GDPR & Privacy Policy, not this DPA.
2. Roles
Where you submit personal data as part of the product information you provide to the Service, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. Note that the Service is designed for product information; in typical use, the content you submit contains no personal data at all.
3. Details of Processing
- Subject matter: generation of product description text from content you submit.
- Duration: the term of your use of the Service.
- Nature and purpose: automated processing of submitted content to generate description text.
- Types of data: any personal data contained in the product information you choose to submit (typically none).
- Data subjects: individuals whose data may appear in content you submit.
4. Our Obligations as Processor
- We process such data only to provide the Service — that is, only on your documented instruction as expressed through your use of the Service.
- Persons with access to the data are bound to confidentiality.
- We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), server-side authentication and access controls, and hashed password storage.
- Taking into account the nature of the processing, we assist you with reasonable measures in fulfilling data subject rights (Art. 12–23 GDPR) and your obligations under Art. 32–36 GDPR.
- We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
- At the end of the Service relationship, submitted content is deleted in accordance with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy, unless law requires longer storage.
- We make available the information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this DPA.
5. Sub-processors
You grant us general authorisation to use sub-processors for operating the Service. We currently use sub-processors in these categories:
- Hosting provider – website hosting and server infrastructure.
- Authentication and database provider – secure sign-in and data storage.
- AI text-generation provider – generates the description text from the content you submit.
- Payment service provider – payment processing (acts as an independent controller).
Each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations consistent with this DPA. We will inform you of intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of sub-processors by updating this page, giving you the opportunity to object.
6. International Transfers
Some sub-processors are located outside the EU/EEA (in particular in the United States). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the lawfulness of any personal data you submit to the Service.
- Do not submit special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) — the Service is not designed for such data.
- You are responsible for responding to data subjects who exercise their rights against you as controller.
8. Liability and Governing Law
Liability under this DPA follows the limitations in our Terms of Service and the mandatory rules of Art. 82 GDPR. This DPA is governed by the laws of Germany.
